Caroline Faillet is CEO and founder of OPINION ACT, whose mission is to analyze opinions and behaviors in order to guide organizations' digital strategies.
She is one of the pioneers of the study of e-reputation and influence in France, author of L'Art de la guerre digitale (Dunod 2016) which has become a reference manual in digital strategy and received an award from the Academy of Business Sciences in 2017, as well as DÉCODER L'INFO, Comment décrypter les fake news? (Bréal 2018), which has made her a well-known media personality on issues related to online misinformation. Caroline Faillet is also a lecturer, and teaches digital strategy at HEC and at the Ecole militaire (IHEDN).
As a member of Agora 41, an ANSSI think tank, and as a reservist colonel for the Chief of Staff of the French Air Force, she also uses her expertise to address issues of sovereignty.
